First of all, use several crawls, because they are all going to find a different number of pages, so you need more data than just one crawl.

Here are a few things to look at when crawling your site:

• Orphaned pages (pages that have no internal links). Those may bring much more traffic if you interlink them properly.
• Duplicate pages or pages you thought you had redirected but they are still live
• Pages with improper use of rel=canonical
